All of the following are estimated costs to help you determine budget. Final costs are based on guest count, menu selection etc.
Shuttles: $1,250 - $2,500 depending on guest count. (These are 24 person shuttles)
Restrooms: Est. $1,250-$2,00 depending on guest count. These are portable luxary restooms.
Catering: Est. cost: $140 per guest (includes apps, dinner, and staff)
Alcohol: Specific to each client. Clients provide their own alcohol. This is typically a cost saving.
Yes, but all alcohol must be served by certified and insured bartenders. Shots are prohibited at our wedding venue to promote responsible alcohol consumption and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
Yes, at a minimum, month-of-coordination. Coordinators are required to provide necessary documents no later than 30 days prior.

All events and music must end by 10pm sharp.
Our team is responsible for our rentals only. Caterers and/or staffing are responsible for clean up and removal of trash.
Yes. For your safety and respect of neighboring properties, we do require shuttles. No parking on site.
No. Portable restrooms need to be rented. We have great luxury vendor suggestions.
